Emergency inhouse guest list (Customer profiles report)
it would be good if we could print an in-house guest list including mobile numbers. we use this for emergencies (i.e. fire roll call) and currently we are only able to print guest name, room number, number of occupants.
for that same reason it would be good if we had the option to mark a guest as "requirying assistance" which would print on this report. that doesn't have to be a "disabled" person, but could be somebody with young children or difficulty walking

I fully agree with all of this -
It would be good to be able to get a queue with the most important reports with one click.
- Guests in the house ( with mobile phone number and indication of any limitations of the guest) - to find and inform all guests
- Arrivals of the day and if possible the next week (if possible with email address or mobile phone number) - to inform the arrival guest about the situation
- Room status
- Current balance of guests in the house
- Occupancy forecast
- Cash book -

when printing the "guests in house" report, in the options there should be the choice to tick "phone number" like you are able to click on "car registration". that would solve most of the problem

Thanks Aldair,
that is indeed helpful, but the report is so extensive meaning every time we run it we need to amend it. From a fire evacuation point you only really need guest name, room number, arrival & departure date, telephone number and if they need assistance evacuating. A ready made report would be much easier.
