Expand room status options
At present the available Space Status are Dirty, Clean & Inspected (OOS & OOO).
From a front office and housekeeping perspective this is limiting.
Could you please consider the following please?
VACANT READY - Inspected
OCCUPIED DIRTY - Guest checked in
OCCUPIED READY - Inspected stay over
VACANT DIRTY - Guest checked out
PICKUP - Room move and for housekeeping to inspect
This would offer more clarity as to not only the status of the room but also the ‘condition’, meaning the physical status of the room (guest). This is important for the operation of a hotel.
Please consider this carefully. Many thanks.

It would be great if there would be a fourth general Space Status "pick up" like there is in other PMS. A Status for rooms that are just awaiting another check for example with small technical issues, No shows, where the turndown set up or welcome amenity needs to be removed.
Furthermore a general distinction wether a Space is Occupied or Not would be much appreciated.
Thank You!

Hello,
We found that adding a "Do not Disturb" and "Service Rejected" is crucial to have for some properties, from a housekeeping perspective. I see that each hotel has different needs, maybe adding the ability to edit available status could be something that the property administrators could have access to.

In the "donut" there should be a diffrent stauts between inspected, stayover/check-in and dirty.
When checking in a room the status should change to stayover/checked-in. After midnight rooms that should check out can change to dirty.
The point beeing that it should be easy to see how many rooms the front desk have clean and ready to check-in, but also see that if some rooms are dirty they can flag this before houskeeping goes home.
Right now since stayover/check-in is also dirty then you manually have to double check all the rooms if a room has been forgotten and not clean.

YES! This is probably the biggest problem we have! We have tried to find work arounds by trying to see if it is possible to set checked in rooms as "clean" but it is either "inspected" or "dirty" and neither are helpful!

It would be great if you are able to do "started" option. So then we know that the cleaners have started to clean the room

Please consider adding this feature so that we can operate more efficiently at the housekeeping level

Rooms that are inhouse should have their own status. Now we have Dirty for rooms that are inhouse and Dirty. It would be easier to filter if the inhouse rooms have status occupied.

It would be nice to have an other option for the room status :
Currently rooms have to be either:
1) Dirty
2) Clean
3) Inspected
4) Out of ServiceAnd I would add :
5) On queue / Priority
> Like that when the guests arrive early, the housekeeping know the information and will make this room in priority. In my hotel (5*) it's important for us. I'm sure it is in other hotels as well.
Thanks !

Would be great to be able to customise this on a hotel level. Having an option like "housekeeping in room" would be very useful as well, both from a communication to guest perspective and to be able to track housekeeping timings.

This should be more customisable still with the ability to locally add a tag status to convey whatever is required on property.
