J’aimerais pouvoir effectuer un downgrade d’un client plus simplement, directement à partir du calendrier. Idéalement, une boîte de dialogue s’ouvrirait pour m’indiquer que je suis en train de faire un downgrade et me demanderait de confirmer l’action.
Aussi, je souhaiterais pouvoir accorder cette autorisation à certains utilisateurs seulement, et non à tous.

In addition to the 'down arrow', it would be extremely useful and time saving if we could have the ability to downgrade a room from the timeline and from the status tab of the booking.

This would be very useful. At the moment you can upgrade rooms with an up arrow and easily move them between categories. To downgrade the room you must change the space category, this can be very confusing as to what room type the guest actually wants/booked. We downgrade guests from a twin room to double convertible often, and all the extra movement leaves room for errors and misunderstandings.
