Hide FTP credentials
In terms of security it would make sense to hide the credentials of the FTP export target. Furthermore it would make sense to add the protocol to the URL field (i.e default value ftp://ftp.***.***).

Failed automatic settlement will do a cancellation posting on the billing
If the automatic settlement fails for one reservations for whatever reason, it would be great to have an automatic posting of cancellation fee on the billing.

Smart detection of tasks
So we have tasks and we can filter them out with departments. But I think it would be a nice touch, when you are going to tasks, it would predict department you are assigned to, and will show this by default, without filtering it out.

Selecting the reservation number with a double click
When double clicking on the reservation number, it also selects some text next to the reservation number.
In the daily use, you often have to copy the reservation number, so it's much easier and faster if you can do it with a double click.

When choosing a rates option from a column in commander, please also put lowest rate first.
We have set up different rate types for 1/2 use and 3/4 use per room. The the 3/4 use option is alway first shown, when making a reservation in commander. We would prefer 1/2 use first shown.

Delete the charge and close button
The button is to attempting and it happends a lot that staff uses this button to early. No corrections can't be made on the same bill anymore. Please make it possible to chose if you want to use this button or not.

Multiple room booking, implement different names informed by booking.com
NR Bookings made via booking.com with different guestnames are not taken over in Mews. If you do yourself, and delete bookers name, payment information dissapears. How to implement other name in single room without changing payment info?

Room search based on requested/needed attributes
We should be able in Commander to filter room search upon making a new booking or re-assignment based on requested/needed attributes. Also we should offer to guests on Distributor to pick the attributes of their choice and inventory should be shown accordingly.

Content of the package on the invoice
The content of the package the guest has booked should be visible on the invoice. For example '' Bed and Breakfast'' or ''Half board''.

Extra bed to be added after rate calculated from base rate.
Our flexi rate is +20% of our base rate. So when guest adds an extra bed for 1000 they get charged 1200 for the extra bed with a fexible rate.
We dont want this we only want to charge 1000.
So we cant use this feature and have to use extra bed as a product which in itself leads to other issues.18 votes -

Display and deleted the Virtual Credit cards
The virtual credit card must be deleted/disabled automatically after a useless time. In general these CC serves to charge once and are no longer to be valid. It can be very useful for the regular customer profiles.

To be able to analyse historic and forecast with a net of commissions ADR, a filter that includes or excludes the commission in the Manager Report.

Improve Timeline's usability such as moving, ordering, scrolling, dragging, ...
Example:
As group reservations often appear together on the Timeline, there is not currently an efficient solution to relocate all of them once. An additional Timeline feature could enable moving all group reservations to another block simultaneously.263 votes -
