Have a filter on reporting to include or exclude Out Of Order Rooms
For reporting purposes and data analysis, it would be good to have the possibility to chose whether or not we want to incl/excl OOO rooms. At the moment, MEWS deducts this automatically

Properties would like to compare their TO between different years but based on the same inventory.
Maybe adding an extra line on the manager report "TO including OOO"
Currently Mews excludes this when calculating available beds which makes sense as they are not available for sale.
If a property fills 50% and has 50% Out of orders then Mews reports shows 100% full which is then reported internally which is not accurate.
It's requested to add the option to Include Out of Orders as part of Total Available Count.
We have many rooms OOO for a longer period of time due to *&^%$#@! Corona (not because of maintenance or anything else).
We basically closed a floor to save costs.
These rooms are not bookable but would like to see these OOO rooms calculated in (a separate) occupancy percentage to show what we sold, based on all rooms in the hotel
Total rooms in hotel: 1302
Available rooms: 1111
Occupied rooms: 498
OOO room: 191
Occupancy on manager report (498/1111) = 45%
Occupancy including the OOO rooms (498/1302) = 38% -->> This is what I’m looking for as well.
At the end of the day, this is the percentage of rooms sold of the total inventory.
Imho both percentages are important, especially these days
Would like to see OOO rooms calculated in the occupancy number.
