Rate buckets & restriction based on occupancy

At the moment the restriction settings in MEWS are very complicated and extensive. When we try to close multiple rates that are within different Rate Groups (due to the settlement required) we have to close all rates individually. Our idea is to create Rate Buckets where you can add rates manually that only apply to restriction. This way, you can apply all restrictions on these Rate Buckets instead of on rate group or individual rates.

Furthermore, it would be perfect if you can apply restrictions based on occupancy %. I.e. if hotel is 60% booked, I want to close all fixed package rates (due to low ADR).
