I really think this idea is extremely important for hotels especially with regards to customers that have very particular requirements when making bookings. I also think that reservation agents should be able to view what mailing has been sent to other customers

Allow a free text 'notes' section in the emails sent to the guests. This is to have a more personalised communication and add details such as information about the driver if the bookings includes a transfer or to confirm that a specific request/preference from the guest has been recorded (for example: request for a room with a view, acknowledgment of a food allergy, etc.)
