Resources (parking lots, meeting rooms, co-working spaces and others) can be offered through multiple services
A hotel is not just rooms and beds. There are many resources in each hotel. There can be co-working spaces, parking lots, conference rooms, kitchens, sport courts, bikes or boats, sports equipment etc. (the list could be literally endless) and we want to manage them in the system and offer them to the guests just like we offer rooms and beds today. It would allow us to boost the non-accommodation revenue and diversify the hotel's business.

Our Spacetime project is still being worked on. We are adding new time units (days, months, potentially hours), new space types, and optimize Mews to be ready to support various types of services. With the growth in workspace offices or offices that rent out work space there could be an opportunity to collaborate or synergies technology to help fill these spaces. Especially with the growth in people working from home the next BIG thing will be rent an office space for individuals and small business.

The system should be able to handle long term stay, such as residential apartments, where the "guest" is an actual tenant and is staying months at a time, potentially even renting an apartment for a year.

Book spaces and charge per minute, hour, week etc. For example: reserve parking spaces or book rooms by the hour for shorter stays.
