Be able to add more options on the regstration card (specially during the corona crises)
example: how did you travel to the Netherlands? Do you have any coronavirus symptoms? What if the motive of your visit (with options): 1. Business 2. Staycation 3. Leisure etc

It's not ideal but we have added it manually in the text box. We've created a text saying; with signing this form I state that I don't have any symptoms blabla.
You can add; display visit reason as well so they can choose Leisure/Business
