Alphabetical sorting of names with prefixes
In Holland we have surnames with something in front of it. For example Anna van der Ploeg. Surname is Anna, Familyname is van der Ploeg. Alphabetically it has to with P of Ploeg, because van der is just a insertion in front of the name.
