Notes by department
Notes are often added to reservations and meant for a specific department. To help clarify who each message may be intended for, notes functionality could be expanded to include a field for department. This labeling could help eliminate confusion and notify each team about important information.
Would also be good to have Customer notes and internal notes. Customer notes could then be added to confirmations to confirm dinner / spa etc.
