1. Mews PMS Messages (Chat) go to all persons to receive messages, can we change?

   If you have been off for a few days, when you log in you receive all past messages which is annoying. Would it be possible to only receive message sent/received for the day you log in versus past history of messages?

2. Batch Posting Products

   Do we have the ability to Batch Post Charges on a billing screen to multiple accounts at the same time with different amounts? This would be a one time manual posting and not reoccurring.
   Example:
   A tour group charges a fee per bag of $5.00. Staff count the number of bags delivered per guest. List provided to front desk. Each one could be different or the same amount per room. Not included in the room charge as the tour operator pays or in some cases the guest pays but not normally. There are 50 people on the tour. Currently each guest account must be brought up and a product charge must be posted manually.
   A wedding group is booked and they have a $200 credit per room or per guest to be posted on their account. There are 75 people and 35 rooms. Currently, each guest account must be brought up and a credit must be posted manually. Same applies with a convention group that may have a certain amount or F&B credit to each bill.
   By having a batch posting ability, a window could display where the product, amount, room number, individual name is displayed and all posted at one time. The display could balance all the debits or credits before posting to insure the overall correct amount is posted. This would safe time and be more accurate in the end. Is there a possible solution for this?

3. Market Segment Production Report Summary + Day by Day Detail Report

   Would like to have the ability to view/export/print a day by day market segment report for a specific date span. This could be for past dates or future dates. This would include only totals, no details or drill down required, of room nights, ADR by market segment. Would also be good to show Period to Date, Year to Date, Period to Date Last Year and YTD Last Year with Summary Totals at the bottom of the report. This would make it easier for property management and revenue management teams to see how they are performing as compared to Last Year. Two different report 1) one page summary and 2) a Summary Day by Day. If a month has 31 days, there would be 31 columns on the report on the top and on the left side all the Market Segments.

9. Améliorer les devis pour les groupes

   Les propositions que nous envoyons à nos clients pour les demandes de groupes manquent cruellement de clairté et de précisions.
   Il faudrait travailler sur le sujet.
   Que le client ait un récapitulatif par exemple :
   Par date de séjour du nombre de logements proposé, à quel prix par nuit x le nb de nuits le total TTC et HT
   idem pour les produits annexes.
   date d'option, montant de l'acompte demandé, ou détail des conditions de réservation.

10. Kalender toevoegen bij "receptierekening" (= "losse gast" zonder kamer)

    Wij hebben een "receptierekening" aangemaakt waarop wij lopende dingen boeken zoals fietsverhuur, cadeaubonnen verkoop, receptie shop artikelen. Er staan inmiddels heel veel regels op deze rekening. Wij scrollen ons rot. :-) Is het mogelijk om er een kalender aan te hangen. De lopende dingen van die dag zie je in beeld en mocht je iets van een andere dag willen zien dan klik je op het kalendertje om die dag in te kunnen zien.
    Ik hoop dat dit duidelijk genoeg is. Ik heb met Stepan gesproken, hij weet volgens mij wat ik bedoel.

11. Automatic linking of meals

    Automatic linking of meals based on full board:
    first meal is breakfast on the 2nd day of the stay, last meal is dinner on the day of departure. This doesn't make sense.
    option 1: we choose a standard of first / last meals (for full board stays)
    option 2: set by default by Mews that the first meal is dinner on the first day, and the last meal is lunch on the day of departure (for full board stays).

    For a stay based on half board:
    first meal dinner on the day of arrival, last meal is breakfast on the day of departure.

    Automatic linking of meals based on full board:
    first meal is breakfast on the 2nd day of the stay, last meal is dinner on the day of departure. This doesn't make sense.

12. Set a default time per product. (Products report trough Guests in House)

    It would be interesting to add the possibility of defining a default time for products. Currently when a product is added, the time is 00:00. A breakfast is taken by default at 7am for example.

13. Export or backup Mews configuration settings

    Possibility to export or backup Mews configurations.
    We need a way to get mews configurations saved externally, so we can have a way to verify what was the config in case a user change something and we need to revert (or know how it was before). Thanks

14. Multiple UserType and UserGroup in the Json data of key cutter integration

    Being able to have multiple UserTypes and UserGroups would allow us to add common doors on rooms that require it. Right now only one of each is allowed per key cutter resulting in guests needing assistance to check in vs kiosk

15. Allow all links in MEWS to be opened in a new tab with a middle mouse click

    All the Main Menu sections, all links within MEWS - please make them openable with the middle mouse click (new tab in the browser) - it's tedious to have to manually open a new instance of MEWS in another tab to be able to quickly view two sections side-by-side. Why are not all links and sections like this?

18. create new ordering in report

    Every day we have to sort all cars in our garage by numbers, to check if all is booked.
    With the guest report we can sort them but only ordering by room or guest. It would be very helpful to sort them by car registration number.
    By exporting in Excel it is possible, but then you have to look for every room-number in MEWS.

    At the moment, when you look at the reservations on the Dashboard, the oldest bookings is displays in the top.
