This status update is part of our ongoing work to simplify and streamline how our UserVoice feedback forum operates. This is also a legal requirement in Italy to report to the police on all guests staying in house. Without having the option to add companions only on specific dates, this legal requirement cannot be fulfilled.

Allow a free text 'notes' section in the emails sent to the guests. This is to have a more personalised communication and add details such as information about the driver if the bookings includes a transfer or to confirm that a specific request/preference from the guest has been recorded (for example: request for a room with a view, acknowledgment of a food allergy, etc.)

Dear Mews Customers,
I have a fresh update from our development.
Solution for parking, office and meeting room management has been live and helping hundreds of Mews customers diversify their revenues for quite some time.
With the recent release of hourly reservations (details here https://releases.mews.com/en/introducing-hourly-services-to-maximize-your-revenue-PuFPZIwq), we are making it even easier to manage these services.
In the coming months, the team will be focusing on improvements for long stays (pro-rata, precise reporting, flexible products & housekeeping intervals etc.)

Hi, this is only partially helpful as it does not show the breakdown of the products or the name of it.
For example, for a EUR 100 rate with a EUR 1 city tax product and a EUR 35 breakfast product, I would only see: Products +36.Ideally, I should see:
City Tax +1
Breakfast +35Thanks

this is especially important for accommodation packages whereby Mews allows to 'bill as package' ie hide the breakdown of the products included in a rate but it is then disclosed to the client when handing the fiscal receipt, which is a legal requirement. This should not be a problem when the product has the same VAT level as the rate itself.
