This status update is part of our ongoing work to simplify and streamline how our UserVoice feedback forum operates. I like to have the following privileges seperated in MEWS. So only the finacial accounting department can add or change:
-Settings -> Finance -> ALL
-Settings -> Sales -> Services -> Service -> Products -> Accounting category
I like to have Mews financial imports only at the time when an reservation is completed/ at the check-out date (when the guest receives the definitive invoice). At this moment Mews import during a stay for each night.
For guest payments is it ok to import on the date that a payment is added in Mews. This makes that you can follow the payments between Mews and the financial system, like a register system.
