Also Halfboard should be based on adults and child prices. 7 nights package for a family with children. What do i do? Mews adds Halfboard for adult and children to everyone in the room, so cannot use the normal Halfboard item on this. But I have to add separately for each 7 nights the item for adults and children. Please help us to like Mews!

What are you doing with this? is this going to improve group booking to show the number of pax as well as the number of different room types in a group reservation? hat would be highly appreciated if it would as that would be highly needed.

Hello Mewsers,
Thank you for your request, we are happy to inform you that it is no possible to group by groups in the reservation report in order to view all of the groups in your property.
For larger groups you can use the availability block report to view group information.

I know how your policy is on allotments but many hotels still use it and by you not supporting it will not make it go away. As a holiday resort we do need to be able to make allotments to be able to work with tour operators at all. we would higly appreciate if you could give us this option to work with.

Now you can add special events or notes in your Enterprise Settings. These show as an icon & note on the Timeline & Rate Management screens, and on the Availability and Occupancy reports.

Hi there Mewsers!
You’ve asked and we’ve listened.
We upgraded the action log to make it more detailed and easier to use.
Below are some of the additional details that we’ve added.
Before, when a reservation moved to a different room, you couldn’t see which room it was in originally—now you’ll always see exactly how the reservation looked before and after each change.
We’ve enhanced updates for products. You’ll now be able trace for example, the additions of order items as well as the price adjustments made to your products.
And finally on the pricing side, no need for a calculator! You can now monitor and report on changes to prices with the both net and gross values, as well as the affects the changes you’ve made have on taxes.
We will continue working on updates to the action log for different sections of the system. Stay tuned for more!

When room is within a group and you go to billing. You see all profiles and unpaid items. Would it be possible to see the room numbers and the profile names too? As clients wants to pay all bills in his room it would help a lot to see who are the other persons in his room. Just the room number with the profile name. It should stay in history too to see who was the person who stayed in the room and when.
