We are very happy to inform you that we have officially released the Reservation rooming list.
Select a reservation and head over to the “Group” tab to start testing the feature. If you would like to know more, follow the link below to the release notes page where you will be able to see a snapshot of where you can find the feature.
We have also added a handy guide which you can access from the release notes page.

Hi Mewsers!
Guests can now sign digital registration cards in Navigator before arriving!Now, when guests check in online, they’ll provide all of their legally required info and their signature to create a digital registration card.
We’ll store the signed card on the customer profile in Mews in Files section. https://help.mews.com/hc/en-us/articles/360010283757

Hi there Mewsers!
You’ve asked and we’ve listened.
We upgraded the action log to make it more detailed and easier to use.
Below are some of the additional details that we’ve added.
Before, when a reservation moved to a different room, you couldn’t see which room it was in originally—now you’ll always see exactly how the reservation looked before and after each change.
We’ve enhanced updates for products. You’ll now be able trace for example, the additions of order items as well as the price adjustments made to your products.
And finally on the pricing side, no need for a calculator! You can now monitor and report on changes to prices with the both net and gross values, as well as the affects the changes you’ve made have on taxes.
We will continue working on updates to the action log for different sections of the system. Stay tuned for more!

Hi All,
Happy to announce that surcharging is released in Australia and New Zealand, now you can set up fees by yourself and recover expensive payment card costs!

Bookings that are invoiced to Travel Agents require a reference on the invoice - such as the TA booking number and/or a "voucher number" permitting chargeback to occur.
If the agent booked through the GDS the TA booking number comes through to MEWS automatically into the 'Origin' field. Can this number be automatically shown on the invoice as a TA reference number? (i.e. in its own special field in the invoicing section?). This number is also necessary in the Xero API, to be shown in the reference field on Xero invoices, so it displays on monthly travel agent statements we generate in Xero.
Travel Agents will not pay invoices unless their reference numbers are on their invoices and statements.
