We’ve updated your request from “Display emails in customer statistics” to “Display emails in Customer profiles Arrival report” as the customer statistics report only represents numerical information.

The Email address is the most import detail of a customer profile. It should definitely be displayed in the customer profiles arrival report.

it is a similar request for yearly changing corporate rates/vouchers for companies. Because the date restrictions in the voucher are only working for the distributor, not for the commander, we work with several vouchers (one per year) but that is often not very useful for the reservation team. Additionally one can only do one mapping for the Channelmanager integration (in our case TravelClick) and that gives errors now and then.

Now there is the option "balance check enabled"and one could switch that off. But we would only do this if there would be a function like "no balance check if there is a valid creditcard attached".

How would it be possible to find, if there are any vouchers on specific rate codes?
Today one can not be sure, if it is ok to change a rate, because one can`t find out, if there is a voucher attached.Diana Roy supported this idea ·

We start with Corporate Rates with a %Discount from Fully Flexible next year and would be happy to configure Maximum Rates as well. That would be nearly the same idea, wouldn`t it? (other systems call this "floor & ceiling rates")

There are changes for profile in the release notes of 30 may: Gender is replacing Title. To get it in the online check-in we need to have the third gender (maybe "X" like Travelport or "divers" like the german government is doing it?) in the Mews customer profiles please.

If one got more then 3 converstaions ongoign in help center with you Mews guys it is really difficult to find the topic one would further communicate in. Something like a title or such would be very helpful.

Additionally in the guest profile one should only be able to select existing preferences.
