    PLEASE fix this as soon as possible, it's very manual to manage and causes a lot of confusion with our FD agents trying to process payment. There is no way to make the Booker the owner of the bill, so we're having to manually change the owner in addition to the long list of old cards attached to the TA Booker profile.

    Completely agree with these, need to be able to set routing rules by rate code ( not just company/TA), Another thing that would be nice is if the routing rules applied to any charges on the bill regardless of when they were posted. Currently, they only split the initial charges but things added later we have to manually move.

    The easiest way we've found for this issue is to run a reservations report, and group by space. This will lump all "unassigned" rooms together and you can find them that way.
