It would be great to have reports scheduled via email so that we can monitor multiple properties production / res made yesterday / manager flash via pdf quickly on an email instead of running each single report

Display accounting report by date period
Display accounting report by day/week/month/etc.. Currently, when selecting a time period, the report shows all revenue posted in that time as totals per category. If you want to find data on a day by day, or month by month, etc., you have to set the filters up separately each time.

Improve Printing Options for Reservation Report
Currently, the option to print a reservation report isn't very useful because it tries to print too many columns and it doesn't display the information very well. It would be great to be able to fully customize the columns in the reservation report and then have a better option to print the report. My team likes to print the reservation report daily, but they don't need all of the default columns that are included in the report when you try and print it. Create Reservation Report-link with specific filters
Create an automatic scheduled Reservation Report-link with specific filter on default. Just like the scheduled reports that we have today, but that we only receive an link / URL directly to the list in Mews. Also in a security perspective - that we don't have our guest's name sent to our emails everyday with all the booking information. It would be more secure to receive a link so you need to actually log in to Mews to have all the data.
It is so much easier to handle the Reservation List directly in Mews, than operate with PDF.list's.

payment report refund reason
Right now, there are so many details in the exported payment report in the excel file, but the mandatory refund reason is not there. It would be very helpful for us if it shows it in there as well when going through all the refunds.

Name scheduled report excel sheets
Hi,
Even though we can name the schedule, we receive the report with its standard name: Accounting Report - Reservation Report....
This creates confusion as we use the same report with different filters every day, but both are named the same...
Could it be arranged that the report (excel sheet) inherits the name of the schedule?Thanks

Make guest-in-house report available from mobile app
In case of a fire event, it would be beneficial to have ability to open in house report from your phone on the Mobile App, especially if reception is the place that is on fire.

Export report to PDF
It is not possible to schedule reports into a PDF in de scheduled exports.

Invoice sending notification
Earlier we were able to see the invoice on the profile with the notification of closed and sent. This now has been moved the report. We do benefit to see on the profile as this can result in sending the invoice again if the Reception are not confident whilst processing the check out procedures. Going to the report is an option but will be time consuming. Having a report is beneficial for management to track and trace on daily folio sending

Full guest profile data base extraction for multiproperty
It should be possible to get a full data export of all guest profiles existing in Mews. Having multiple properties sharing 1 guest database, I do not want to use/create reports per hotel/per period. That is time consuming and report data is limited. I just need 1 data dump with all guest profiles.

There is no feature that consolidates all exports into a single email. Each report export must be configured individually for the same hotel.

It would be really helpful to get a report of all payments made into a specific date range and linked to reservation in another specific date range as well (for example: list of the deposits paid in 2024 but linked to reservations for 2025)

Add space and rate information to accounting report export
Accounting report: When I generate the accounting report view in detail and export it on excel, We want to be able to see the space in the excel associate the the transaction. The hotel want to be able to have the rate per date for accounting system.

Reservation Report should allow you to choose more than one rate plan
You can only select one rate plan but have the feature to select multiple segments, etc. Why not have the same feature for rate plans?

Additional and/or customizable frequency options for scheduled reports
Currently reports can be scheduled to run hourly, daily, weekly, monthly etc.
It would be helpful to have more options ie. 6-hourly, fortnightly etc. and/or the ability to set a custom frequency for report exports ie. 6AM, 2PM, 6PM to correspond with staff shift times.

Templates for reports
I think it would be very helpful to have the option to set customizable (per house, per user) templates for reports.
In general I appreciate the flexibility in creating a report such as the reservation report.
But if there is a report that is needed regularly, it can be a bit exhausting to everytime set all filters.
To set up the scheduled exports is a solution only in case there is a fixed schedule. If we could have the option to select a template that would adjust the filters a certain way, this would be more than helpful and time…4 votes
