Sort images from ResourceCategoryImageAssignments with the correct order as set in Mews Operation
When requesting Resources with "ResourceCategoryImageAssignments" extent enabled, images are returned with order based on the created/updated time (oldest first, newest last).
That means it ignores the image order set in Mews Operations "Space Categories" UI.
JSON should return the Image Assignments based on this order OR should return a property named "order" with order integer as value.

Identifier email and names
Is it possible to change the identifier from email to the actual guest name in Mews? When travel agent books, they use the same email account to make new bookings. When a new booking comes in from a agent in Synix or through our booking links the names of the actual guest changes. Since the system considers the email address the identifier, when the travel agent sends new reservations with the same email and a different name, the existing profile will be updated including the reservations it is connected with.

Multiple phones in each room
When connecting MEWS with a PBX, the phone in the physical room is defined as a Space, or resource, in MEWS.
The name of the Space is the actual phone extension number, often the same as the room number.
As only one resource can be associated with a Reservation, we run into a problem when a room/suite is equipped with more than one phone, not uncommon in "high class" hotels. Each of these phones (=MEWS resources) needs somehow to be associated with the same Reservation.

Marketplace Access Token Requests
It appears that clients are able to make multiple requests for integration via the Mews Marketplace, even if they have an existing integration in place. It would be useful for Mews to undertake some form of validation prior to issuing a request thus negating duplication of effort.

bookable period day - room just bookable once - start/endtime based would be needed
A meeting room can only be booked once during a day period. This is a problem since meeting rooms e.g. can be booked from 09:00 till 12:00 and again from 13:00 till 17:00. This basic case is not possible.
Is there any change planned which would allow us to book rooms based on the actual reservation time and not only once per period?

Federation with Office365
Federation between Mews and Office365 or any SAML / OIDC compatible service would be very helpfull. In that way it is possible to control user authentication better.

Accounting (Order) Items should also have the "name" just like extended items have in the reservations query
If you receive accounting items via reservations/getall with extent of items, you will receive a "name" field. This "name" field is what the customer sees:
Things like: Tourism Fee (Adults), Night 22-12-2022.
But if you query accountingitems/getAll for a specific reservation, you do not get this "name" field. You only receive a revenue type with a possible discriminator.Please add the "name" field too...

Changeable language parameter for guests
A customer currently has the parameter which is not editable via api request, since it's supposed to be the website language of the guest within the Mews UI.

Make "Guarantee information" available at reservations from channel manager
We need to see "Guarantee information" sent by the OTAs (especially booking.com) via the channel manager. This data is included in the xml file sent by the channel manager to Mews.
Without seeing this information receptionist must open the reservation not only in Mews but also in booking.com to make sure whether the guest must pay at the reception or he/she already paid at the OTA and there is a virtual credit card available for the reservation.
Someone might think that "Payment card" information is enough to know if the guest has to pay at the reception, since you can…

Add field specifying the original rate on which an availability block rate is based
When an availability block is created in Mews, a new rate is created, dedicated to this block. The new rate is based on an original rate, taken from the list of rates already existing in Mews. Let's say a hotel has a company profile "Company X" which books a conference. The user selects rate = "Company X corporate rate" and Mews creates a copy of this rate and attaches it to the block. When fetching the block via the API, the block references this copy as its rate ID.

A direct hyperlink to guest’s reservations between MEWS and OTA’s
Creating hyperlink so that by simply clicking on travel agency confirmation number in MEWS we are guided directly to the reservation on the OTA’s website. Instead of copying the number and pasting it on Booking.com, Expedia, Hotelbeds… etc.

Problem generating Open API client from Connector API Specification in VS
Hi, we are having some problems generating a Dotnet (6) client from the Connector API specification in Visual Studio 17.4.0 on Windows 10.
The root cause seem to be that languages like C# (.NET), Java, and go, do not support "discriminated unions".
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new Dotnet (6) project in Visual Studio
- Open “Connected Services”
- Add the Connector Open API specification
- Build the project

Send a push by rate code
Can you please develop option to send a manual push for selected rate codes? At present when sending a push it includes each existing rate codes and it slows the system down for an entire day!!
