Payment status must be visible on reservations via Timeline
For every reservation that is on timeline, it would be nice if there was some form of a payment status descriptor so that our front desk staff can visually recognize which reservations have fully paid and which haven’t.
A fully paid reservation could have a “green” dot
An unpaid booking could have a “red” dot
A failed transaction could have a “black “ dot
At this moment we have to manually enter the reservation and go to the payments tab to check if the reservation is fully paid or not. This takes time for each booking and is not very user friendly. Also keeping in mind, when we are fully booked every day, this process takes even longer.

This would be the perfect solution. Currently to difficult to see in one view what is paid or not.
For us it that is because the timeline is the screen you leave open 99% of the day and use to navigate to everything else, so its the best place to get information at a quick glance. We spend about 0% of the time with the dashboard open.
A report is a few extra clicks away from being generated, its not even quicker than going into a reservation manually from the timeline. You could leave a report open in one window and the timeline open in another window to save time, but it would still be annoying trying to compare the two windows especially if you are in a rush. Plus the staff also have to remember check the report, rather than simply being reminded of the payment status just by looking right at the timeline which they are doing anyway.
Also - we have lots of long termers in reservations that are always checked in and simply being extended, it would be easier to tell which ones are behind on rent with a payment status dot like that on the timeline so you can quickly yell out to them if they are walking past. At the moment we are finding its pretty easy to lose track of the long termers.
Life would be much easier if the timeline had a payment status dot feature :)

Would be good to have an icon or something on every booking on timeline that identifies to staff to clearly let them know if that booking is not paid up to date
