Provide a setting to opt for payment policy based processing of virtual credit cards
As we have learned from a support inquiry, currently VCCs are charged only at the day of arrival for certain sources (Agoda, Expedia, booking.com, hotelbeds, webbeds) instead according to the respective rate's payment policy.
Even though it might be a reasonable default, it would be appreciated to be able to opt for policy based processing, instead of a hard-coded day of arrival charge, on a per source base, as this can off-set cash-flow quite a bit if allowed VCC charges are not processed manually (and having to deleting the scheduled payment, btw). Currently MEWS has no way to prioritize the personal card over the VCC for automatic preauthorizations. This forces us to handle all OTA damage deposits manually, which defeats the purpose of a fully automated staffless operation.
Supporting this idea and adding: please also allow properties to set card priority for preauthorizations — "use personal card if available, otherwise fall back to VCC. -

Hello! It's really ridiculous that we cannot set to charge VCC right away... it causes manual tedious labor that can be 100% automated... please look into this again!
