When a reservation goes through Siteminder the booker information is not added in Mews. We have alot of reservations made by a booker for a guest, when the guest arrives we only have their name and the booked details are gone so if the booker wants to pay we have to add this information manually after finding it in siteminder. its all there we just need the information to be added into Mews as well.

We do also have this issue. For us it is very important that we have the email data. Otherwise guests doesnt receive any information about the check in. As we work without reception this causes a lot of trouble and guest dissatisfaction
