Add title to the registration card
We would like to have the guest title appear on the registration card.

Import TA contracts
TA contracts are connected to bookable services i.e. they are not shared like companies are. Some properties want to import TA contracts from one bookable service to another, they might work with the same partners in different areas (resort/apartments). Maybe it would be beneficial to allow properties to download and then import this information (maybe CSV format) from one bookable service to another?

assigning travel agent to different service reservations
hiya, I am trying to assign an existing travel agent to two bookings for a different service (cots). although i can assign the agent to the unit reservations, it will not allow me to assign them to the two other bookings.
any idea how we can change this?

public voucher vs company voucher in reservation mask
We often do have companies with different addresses and also subsidiaries or just partners and we can apply negotiated rates. Would it be possible to apply company vouchers/rates when making a reservation ? at present, on the first page of a new reservation only public vouchers are visible to staff. We would need company vouchers in order to speed reservation process. Later on, new company profile with new voucher will be created, but as you know, it is quite time consuming and not all staff are eligible to create/link rates and vouchers.

Licence plate number
With the thema Licence plates, the current online Registration cards do not have the option for guests to provide a plate nummber. So even though the guest completes the online check-in they still have to provide this information to the reception

Mews should sell usb cameras
If mews could sell USB camera modules that could be placed next to kiosks/computers for easier Document "Scanning".

Group check-in contact details for each room/person
Would be very nice if there is a group checking in online, that they can fill in a phone number and emailadres for every room.
So when working with a digital key, every guest/room receives the correct key.

Voucher - disable new updated voucher functionality
With the latest functionality updates we do no longer have the company/travel agent vouchers available from the voucher option in Mews when making a new booking.
Company/Travel agent bookings should now be made without specific voucher and only using the relevant company/travel agent profile.
IDEA;
1: Let the hotels be able to enable/disable this functionality! Since this functionality might not be a positive change for all properties.or:
2: Provide a drop down so when making a booking you can choose EITHER public/company or Travel agent

Show commission information for rates
Heya - the current set-up in Mews allows for commission rates to be set to travel agencies.
For GDS rates, this can be tricky, as you have to create each agency, and not all GDS rates are commissionable.
I would like to suggest the possibility of indicating on a rate if it is commissionable or not, and what the commission rate is for the rate.
I know it will become complicated if you have a commissionable rate, booked by a T/A which has a commission set up to it. But maybe it should be the rate that determines the commission…

At the moment guests can skip the email line on tablet App. Having this line mandatory would improve our efficiency. Thank you.

Note when a booking with a task is canelled
It would be nice if Mews gave an indication when a booking with a task is cancelled. For example, we set tasks for flower orders for a guest. So when the guest cancels, we can immediately see that flowers are also ordered for the guest, so we can cancel them as well.

Adjusting length of the e-mail queue
Please adjust the length of the e-mail queue to one year. I can look back for four months, but we book one year ahead. So this means that for most of my guests, I cannot see the confirmation e-mail. If the guest does not have it themselves, I cannot prove that and what they booked with us (which is very awkward as you can imagine).

Create task when credit card on file is expired for an upcoming reservation
If reservations are made far in advance it may occure that a guests credit card won't be valid anymore when the payment is due. Therefore, a task should be created when a card is expired, so we can contact the guests and ask them to update their card details. In an ideal world, an email template could be created so this can be automated.

Special characters and key encoder
Could you please do something about special characters in the name of the guest ?
When it's a self check in it can have sometimes special characters and so the order to creat a key on the key encoder is not working.2 votes -
Multiple emails per guest
It would be great to have the option of having multiple emails with the account. Some people would like different charges invoiced to different emails (i.e. business card is only paying the room therefore that invoice goes to that email, and a personal email for all other expenses).
Also another reason is husband and wife might want the invoice sent directly to there email
