  3. Currently, the Mews Kiosk requires that you have a reservation to be able to check-in. It would be great if we had the ability to allow the guest to actually process a walk-in guest saving the front desk time. This would require preauthorization for US clients or an option to pay in full at time of walk-in.

  5. To fasten the process of scanning data from guests documents, it would be great to have a professional device connected to the tablet, so the scanning is fast and reliable.

  6. Our front desk uses Operator when it's busy. It would be great if we don't need to double-check the open balance on the computer

  7. The guests there bill has to stand on fully- paid before they can check in threw kiosk. Give the hotel the oppurtunity to choose if this is necessary. (excluding city tax, for example)

  9. If the reservation is for 10 people, once they enter the passport information af all the adults, they can create 10 keys for the apartment. We would like you to introduce an option in Mews where the hotel manager could limit the number of keys that the client can cut at the kiosk.

  10. Reservation confirmations include a QR code. It would be great to be able to track statistics on the number of flashes of this QR code.
