Include Guest Notes and Guest Profile Notes in Mews BI
To date it is not possible to have an aggregated view of all the upcoming arrivals grouped by Guest Notes. At operational level is very important to know in advance guests needs and preferences. For this reason we ask to add in Mews BI the fields:
- Guest profiles notes
- Notes - classification
- Notes - content
- Loyalty code
In this way we will be able to caputure guest needs in a unique view, with the possibility to filter, group and expert them.
