Share Digital Keys with Companions
Guests should be able to easily share Apple Wallet or Google Wallet digital key access with other guests on the same reservation.
We’re finding this is a common frustration for couples, where both guests expect to have their own key. Requiring this to be set up during online check-in is too restrictive.
Please make digital key sharing simple and available at any point during the stay .
