Enable Online Check-out for Group Reservations with an Outstanding Balance
Currently, guests who are part of a group reservation (e.g. a conference or meeting), where the charges are settled later via a master invoice, are unable to use the online check-out feature.
This functionality should be enabled so that guests staying as part of a group or conference can fully benefit from the online check-out process, even if the reservation still shows an outstanding balance that will be settled through the group's master account.

This would be a particularly valuable feature for properties that host a high volume of groups, events, conferences, and congresses, as it would significantly improve the check-out process for both guests and staff.
At the moment, guests are required to go to the front desk to complete their check-out.
Perhaps there could be an option to add a checkbox at the group or reservation level that allows guests to check themselves out, provided their individual balance has been fully settled.
