Option "Last Name Only" in the Mews Kiosk setup
We selected the option "Last name only" for the question: "Chooses what guests need to find their reservation". Still when the guest enters an error in the name, a confirmation number is requested. This is confusing and not in line with what was asked. Rather than prompting for the confirmation number, the kiosk should re-display the previous screen, requesting to enter the last name. Now there is no easy way to get back to this screen.
