I wish we had the possibility to sort the "customer profile" list by names.

When customers book a room with us through some of the booking sites, it automatically creates a brand new profile. So we can have one guest with: multiple upcoming- and past bookings, but he has them spread over 8 different profiles. This makes it hard to find bookings, payments, bills and contact information. It is important for us to merge them, so we can collect all his information on one profile.

It is also annoying for the returning guests if we did not manage to merge them in advance of arrival, and they has to give all the contact information and register a payment card over and over again.

We need to merge them to collect all the information in one profile to have control, and to not get too many profiles for one person.

If we could sort the customer list by surnames - it would save us for so much manual work! The way we do it today: We have to check ALL upcoming guests and their profiles, search for duplicates, and merge them. For us this can be approx. one thousand names and profiles every week.

Just a few of the profiles appears in "Match and Merge". This takes up a lot of our time.

If we could sort the customer list, we would easily see that we have 5 profiles with the same name/payment card/contact information etc., and merge them easily without all the manual detective work.
