Different kind of Notes
We use "reservation notes" to communicate between shifts. Sometimes notes are important ONLY for reception staff. Sometimes notes are important ONLY for housekeeping staff. It would be good to be able to split notes keeping this in mind. For Housekeeping staff notes, they should appear on the "guest in house" reports, so teams get briefed daily on what to do in each room.
For Reception staff notes, it would be better to have them pop up when opening a reservation, to be sure they are read before check-in/check-out.

Often there are many notes on a reservation, mostly unnecessary from the channel manager causing the team to miss important notes.
Having a pop up or being able to classify these notes on property level will help to ensure notes are not missed.
