Customize emails based on the reservation origin
it would be great to differentiate between the origings of the customers/connector type conncerning the automatic system email. Because for some integrations, we do not want this email to be sent: ivvy, vouchercard, fidelo etc.
Hello all,
This status update is part of our ongoing work to simplify and streamline how our UserVoice feedback forum operates. We are reducing the number of statuses to two (Idea to Upvote + Released) to help manage expectations about where each idea stands and to minimize the number of status updates required from our product teams. Our product team reviews everything you share, and we might reach out for more info if we need it.
Thanks for your patience as we work to bring your ideas to life! You can learn more about the changes coming to UserVoice from this post in the Mews Community.

Very good point this is very important as some text are getting hidden by OTA's and it doesn't provide correct information

Automatic e-mails are currently sent to all guests with an e-mail adsress. However, even OTA-guests-addresses (generated by the OTA for the communication via an extranet) are count. This leads to situations when our coded template is being sent to e.g. a booking.com-customer and basically unreadable in the extranet messaging tool. we would suggest either switch on/off-function by source or different templates by source (e.g. simplified versions/text only) for OTA guests

Hey Mews, Why not make this possible? :-) It is important, because some OTAs send prices without the commission (Expedia Collect, Agoda, ...) but we are not allowed to display this price to guests. Furthermore I think that a confirmation from our side should not be the same for OTA reservations vs. Distributor / direct bookings.
