Hello, I agree with Robert Smit. We have discovered the same issues. The checkout mail should be send at the time the hotel wants. thx

In the USA, guests are receiving their Online Check Out email at 5:30 pm PDT. Our Check In time is 4pm and some guests don't arrive until much later. Usually all arrivals by 8pm. This is causing issues for our guests. When they check in, they almost immediately get a check out email. Seems like we are pushing them out the door. It would be helpful to setup a time by property to send out these Online Check Out Emails. In our previous PMS, we were able to schedule them to any desired time we wished. We would send out after 10 pm but no later than 6am the following day. This would be very helpful for all our future properties to schedule at least 1 time at our desired choosing. Thanks.
