Mandatory fields to be filled out at online check in, due to legal requirements municipal.

To have the possibility to make fields in the online check in Mandatory, as those are based on the legal requirement for our legal environment.
A lot of municipals in the Netherlands are obligating the hotels to keep more records of the guests. Like document number and the fellow travelers.
Now we have to manuelly fill this in when customer is at the reception. However, we can try to shortner this process, when we can make these fields mandotory to be filled in by the online check in. Save us, and the customer lots of time.

    Set mandatory fields when doing a check-in at the front desk.

    Some countries (Sweden and Norway for sure) have a statistics bureau that collects the Nationality of the guests staying at the property.

    The functionality is already in the online check-in and the kiosk check-in. But we really need it when it comes to reception check-in. We are getting fined if we keep sending in statistics where guests have no country. The idea is to make nationality mandatory for receptionists to be able to check-in the guests.

    El INE (Instituto Nacional de Estadistica) obliga a los hoteleros a enviar datos sobre la nacionalidad de las llegadas y pernoctaciones. En el caso de los españoles se debe indicar la provincia. Por lo tanto, Mews debería obligar a los clientes españoles a indicar la provincia

    The INE (National Institute of Statistics) requires hoteliers to send data on the nationality of arrivals and overnight stays. In the case of Spaniards, the province must be indicated. Therefore, Mews should compel Spanish customers to indicate the province.
