  1. It would be great if it is possible to change the owner of the group reservation in one time/ click of all rooms connected to the group reservation.
    At the moment it's only possible to change this per room, instead of all rooms in one.
    It would be great if it could be done the same way as that you can change the booker of the reservation.
    This would make it a lot easier for us when the contact person of the group reservation changes.

  2. Ich fände es hilfreich, wenn über der Datumsleister auch eine Angabe der Kalenderwoche wäre.
    Auch beim Anlegen einer Buchung, wenn das Feld mit den Datumsangaben kommt, wäre es gut, wenn in klein und grau die KW daneben stünde.

  4. Currently when you make a new reservation, the "public voucher" section lists all vouchers, even vouchers with expired "Reservation to" dates. I would like these expired vouchers to automatically hide if the validity date has expired so that we don't need to manage and delete old vouchers.

  5. When we changed the tab under stay- Responsibility-Notify responsible employee about and removed Commander from that we stopped getting notifications when we get a cancellation from booking. We removed it because we didnt want to get emails after every booking we make in mews, is there some way so we can get the reservations notifications regarding the cancellations or it automatically always affect both ?

  6. For properties that have connected their key software with Mews PMS, add a "read key" button to the departures list to find reservations quicker for check-out. Less typing or scanning through a long list...

    Maybe even add that button above the timeline. That way we could just put the guest's key on the card reader, click the button and instantly know exactly which room/ bed they are in.

  7. When we think that a customer is at risk of not paying, we should be able to change their status to ‘Doubtful customer’ so that we can isolate them. If the customer finally settles the debt, then it is reclassified as a normal customer, and if we know that the customer will not pay, then the invoice must be paid using a ‘Loss’ payment method.

    Today there is only a ‘Doubtful debt’ payment method, but this closes the invoice directly, which makes it impossible to monitor the intermediate status of customers who are at risk of not paying. Especially from…

  9. We request the functionality to round reservation prices to whole numbers in our booking system.

    This adjustment is crucial for maintaining the upscale image of our 4 and 5-star hotels, as current pricing often results in decimals.

    Implementing whole number pricing will simplify transactions and enhance the premium perception of our rates.

Il arrive très souvent que les clients se présentent au check in seuls alors que la réservation était faite pour 2 personnes ou que la répartition du nombre de personnes (adultes, ados, enfants, bébés) ait besoin d'être modifiée. Il y a au moins systématiquement les taxes de séjour en produits réservables additionnels ainsi que des petits-déjeuners packagés (avec des tarifs différents selon l'âge des occupants) si le tarif est BB. On voudrait avoir plus d'options pour notamment pouvoir "conserver l'ancien prix de l'hébergement" et non pas "conserver l'ancien prix" comme actuellement qui est en fait le prix total hébergement +…

Currently if a use attempts to set an early arrival for a booking (especially Availability Block group) the early Check-In time is rejected because the block is missing the necessary adjustments. In other words, the system cannot consider early check-in due to conflict with the occupancy time established in the stay settings.

    However, this is an avenue for additional income and also for personalized service - clients often find themselves without many options when it comes to that.

    On top of the possibility to create "Early C/I products", there should also be a button that could facilitate an earlier check-in…

  13. Currently, once we click on the “Rate for additional nights” option, we can only choose our standard (public) rates, even though the initial reservation was created for a company rate. It would be great if that feature were extended.

  14. be able to turn off "Optional" and "Inquired" status for reservations. Have it be optional for a property and let the property control whether they want front desk agents to be able to access these statuses. Our property does not. It causes confusion.

  16. It would be useful if we could set a different price for the extra bed adjustment based on the room category (without having to create different rates for it). Additionally, we would like to be able to set different prices depending on the time of the year (example: extra bed in low season can be cheaper than extra bed in high season).

  17. If there is a note on a guest profile in ‘internal’ it would be great if when the profile was opened it alerted the operator.
    It wouldn’t matter is it was automatic or if we had to select ‘alert’
    EG – guest is a coeliac, rooms to avoid, comp fizz on next stay, guest likes a bath, dogs name. It can contain, positive, negative and important info that can be transferred onto next booking

  18. For Mews to alert Users with Push Notifications and banners about Missed Check-ins - especially if certain logical/successive actions are taken on a specific arrival directly but the user never clicked on the C/I button.

    -Check Out (make Hskp processes more efficient)
    -Group or family reservations

  20. Please add the timeline view to the mobile app. Some properties would like to see the timeline on their phones as well since they utilize them often and throughout the day. This feature request came from Erin at Boardwalk Homes Executive Guest Houses & Suites.
