Rooming List should include Guest Address
Often we require the guests address for statistics or police reporting purposes. It would be great if guest address would be part of the rooming list to bulk upload those addresses.

Send confirmation email to company
Very often the touroperator/agency have a common email they use for bookings. It should be possible to eighter register the same email on several persons, or choose company email to confirm booking,

Automatische Suche/ Eingabe von Bundesländern. Ich empfinde es als äußerst mühsam, die Bundesländer selbst "auswählen zu müssen". Speziell wird bei Bundesland dann nicht nur die Österreichischen Bundesländer angezeigt - sonder alle (aus Italien, Deutschland, Schweiz). Trotz das ich bereits Land Österreich ausgwählt hätte.
In Zeiter der Digitalisierung und KI - sollte das Programm von der Postleitzahl und Land - das Bundesland selbst "raussuchen können". Ich selbst benutze zu 90% dazu auch Google1 vote -
Breakfast price changes - Product
Problem:
When you update a product price in Mews (like breakfast), it only applies to new bookings. But if a guest changes their reservation (like the dates), Mews may remove the original product and re-add it at the new price not the one that was originally booked. This causes confusion for staff, inconsistent pricing for guests, and potential overcharges. Even with the workaround of creating new product versions and stopping sales of the old one, the issue can still happen, especially when guests change bookings via OTAs like Booking.com.Proposed Solution:

It would be good if you didn't have to create room moves as 2 separate reservations but could "link" the reservations. Otherwise, the guests receive double pre- and post-stay mailings, we have to correct the registration forms manually and it also distorts the overnight stay statistics with additional arrival/departure and length of stay.
Es wäre gut, wenn man Zimmerverschiebungen nicht als 2 separate Reservierungen anlegen müsste, sondern die Reservierungen "verknüpfen" könnte. Ansonsten erhalten die Gäste vor und nach dem Aufenthalt doppelte Mailings, wir müssen die Anmeldeformulare manuell korrigieren und es verfälscht auch die Übernachtungsstatistik durch zusätzliche An-/Abreise und Aufenthaltsdauer.

Customer profile merging - show info about prior reservations
When searching for merge of Customer profiles, is it possible to add a filter, so that similar profiles with existing profiles at the hotel (reservation +1) to be shown on the list? Instead of only the name and email ?
For exp Daniel Andersen (Reservation +1) and possible email ?

Check-in Restriction
As a hotel that operates fully digitally with self check-in and digital keys, we’ve occasionally encountered cases where a guest was accidentally checked in on Mews, even though their reservation balance hadn’t been paid.
To avoid such situations, it would be great to have a restriction option that prevents Mews users from checking in guests until their outstanding balance is settled.
Ideally, this restriction could be configurable, allowing exceptions for certain segments, such as corporate or group bookings that have agreements to pay after the stay.

Multiple cancellation policies within the same Rate group should allow for prioritization
We would like to be able to set priorities for multiple Cancellation policies within the same Rate group. For example if the rate group has 30 days cancellation policy, but also needs to apply free cancellation within 24hr after confirmation, if the booking was made less that 30 days prior to arrival, 24 hr free cacellation should kick in first and exclude 30 days cancellation policy.

Remove Products when changing packaged rate
When products are added because of a package, thus added through a product rule with a rate or rate group as condition, when changing that Rate also the products should be removed.

Doppelklick zum Öffnen der Buchung
Praktisch wäre es, wenn man in der Zeitachse eine Buchung auswählt, dass man per Doppelklick die Buchung direkt öffnet. So wähle ich die Buchung aus und gehe dann rechts unten auf "Bearbeiten". Sollte man nicht bearbeiten wollen sondern nur die Anzeige oder "Drucken" oder "Einchecken", kann man dies ja immer noch per einfachem Klick und dann rechts die gewünschte Aktion auswählen. Erspart ein wenig Zeit.

Vote for guest-driven bookings: Enhance restaurant occupancy and enrich guest data.
We are looking to develop booking engines that integrate directly with Mews, allowing us to verify restaurant availability before accepting bookings. This system will enable guests to submit booking inquiries, such as a room night with dinner on a specific date, leaving details, but, without immediate payment.
Once these inquiries are received, we can confirm restaurant availability and finalize the booking or suggest alternative dates. This improves efficiency by reducing the need for manual input from emails and enhances guest data management.
Our current setup with Formitable/Zenchef does not sync with Mews, which complicates the booking process. This new engine…

Support for Terms & Conditions per Product

We would like to suggest an enhancement to Mews functionality: the ability to configure multiple sets of Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) and assign them to individual products or services. Currently, a single general set of T&Cs is applied across all bookings, which often falls short in catering to the diverse requirements of specific offerings.

Anzahl Personenzahl in Zeitachse
Ich würde mir wünschen, dass in der Zeitachse neben den Namen auch direkt die Anzahl der Gäste im Zimmer angezeigt wird. Da wir Aufbettungen buchbar haben und auch Einzelnutzung möglich ist, hätten wir so in der Zeitachse den besseren Überblick.

Ability to set non-expiring (permanent) restrictions
It would be nice if restrictions could be set that don't expire. our hotel can only be booked 180 days in advance. I currently have to renew this restriction every three years. Am I the only one who finds this inconvenient?

Option to disable create reservation from timeline feature
It would be great if the feature for creating reservations directly in the timeline could be made optional and turned on or off in the settings. While this feature has been well received from many of our staff, it is often triggered unintentionally when navigating through the timeline. The possibility to turn it on or off would help our staff by allowing them to customize the handling of the timeline to their preferences.

Show overbookings of room categories in blocks on availability overview
There is a huge problem in Mews when it comes to availability blocks and overbooking.
Right now, if you for example have all existing standard rooms blocked in an availability block, and then there is an overbooking of a standard room, this overbooking will not show on the availability overview. It will just say that the availability for standard rooms is 0, and not -1. So then if you look at the availability overview, it will say for example that we have 0 standard rooms available and 1 superior room, so it looks like we have one room available, but…
