Tasks for reservation status updates from optional to confirmed
Guests have the opportunity to change the reservation status from optional to confirmed in Mews guest services portal (former Navigator). It would be great if a task could be triggered to notify staff in the hotel that a reservation status change has occured.

Automated decrease of implemented overbooking levels,
when resolving red lines in timeline.We overbook a lot, however when doing our room planning via the timeline, resolving the over bookings, the rooms as back for sales, so we would need to go into the availability screen and lower it manually. Would be great if this process can be automated, reducing the risk of to many overbookings.

Real time data on the timeline & for tasks
I have been facing an issue with my timeline and task donuts as it does not gives me real time data and my timeline if i resolve the overbooking it still keeps on showing the red or orange line for overbooking so i need to log in again and then it gets resolve and this is what we are facing since 2 months and they are still working on the issue lol since 2 months and they will get back to us when they have something lol almost 2 months???

Consumption time on product report
When you add a product to a reservation, you can enter a consumption time.
If you work with shifts/meal times for instance, it would be nice to have the consumption time (hh:mm) in your product report.20 votesHello all,

Access to the reservation in the Mews Commander Mobile application
When you use 'Messages' in the Mews Commander app from your phone, it would be useful to go directly to the reservation as you can do when you work for a computer. Thank you team

Create tasks from the messaging screen
As a reservations agent I often receive requests via chat for extra products, services or items to be added to a room prior to a guests arrival, for example extra pillows. I would like to be able to create tasks for the correct department when a request has been made.

After Upgrade no more automatic change of rooms from Mews after extentions
After the last upgrade of mews. It is not possible to extend an upgraded person in the upgraded category as Mews moves the booking to the originally booked room (regardless if blocked or not )

Display space category (short) names when booking for house use in the timeline
When adding house use in the timeline the assigned (short) names are not visible but only room numbers. It is impossible to differentiatie between the space categories when the room numbers are identical.

why to merge existing customer while creating a reservation for 2 or 3 room under same name???/
If the property wants to assign different rooms to different people name that is separate but it should be by default while creating a reservation it should be under one name for all the group or multiple room unless needed by the guest.
but mostly no one cares for that as from the guest side but from property we need to keep on merging them especially when we are running busy

See all reservations for a specific unit when that unit is selected
When clicking on a specific unit, there is a section where you can see all the OOO that are scheduled for that unit and any future OOO scheduled as well. It would be nice to also be able to see what future reservations are scheduled for that unit, in the event we need to see which unit is available for an extended stay booking far out on the calendar.

show only "vacant inspected" and "vacant clean rooms" when allocating arrivals
At the moment, when you need to allocate the rooms for the arrivals of the day, the display bar shows you ALL the rooms, even those that are out of service, occupied, or reserved. Which doesn't make any sense because there is way too much scrolling up and down to find a "vacant inspected room"

Select multiple reservations
It would be easy to select multiple reservation when checking-in or changing room number. For instance, if you have multiple rooms in a basic category and you want to give them all an upgrade (however separate reservations), it would be nice to have an easy way to select them all and drag to a different category. Moreover, When checking in rooms who are not merged together, however do arrive together, it would be easy if you could all check them in at once.

Show length (number of days) for long stays
We have some ‘Long stays’ but there is no where we can see the actual number of days they’re staying (without looking at the arrival and departure date and making the maths). It would help if there could be a way of having a number (it could be right next to the reservation dates and inside parentheses) indicating the total room nights of that reservation

Recurring house use dates
It would be great if there would be the option to add 'House use' on a recurring basis. (For example to block one room for a weekend each month, to make sure to have availability for VIP guests etc).
