Ajout des standards (texte et photos) pour entretien ménager
Nous utilisons actuellement room check in (HOPR) et nous avons des textes et photos afin que nos employés d'entretien ménager puissent voir les standards des unités avant de faire les ménages. nous aimerions faire la même chose dans Mews.
We currently use room check in (HOPR) and we have texts and photos so that our housekeeping employees can see the standards of the units before cleaning. we would like to do the same in Mews.1 vote -
Stayovers
Reservations checked in after midnight don’t show as stayovers in the morning. This creates confusion for the housekeeping team as the rooms don’t come up in their Space Sratus report.
Our Housekeeping team assign dirty rooms to Room Attendants from Mews Space Status report.
They view three reports:
Departed or departing
Stayovers
Arrived or arrivingReservations checked in after midnight come under arrived however the guest booked and stayed last night and should receive stay over service.

'last let' Out of Service/Out of Order rooms also being able to be dirty/clean/inspected
Currently rooms have to be either:
1) Dirty
2) Clean
3) Inspected
4) Out of Service
5) Out of OrderHowever, some rooms may be Out of Service for a 'last let' reason and therefore may be Inspected and ready to go (but the team want to be aware that these rooms should only be used last). I think Out of Service and Out of Order should be separate room statuses and can be stackable with the clean state of the room.

Task against employee (Mobile App)
Being able to create a task against an employee in the mobile app.

Remove/mark space on the allocation list when room is allocated to an employee
When allocating room numbers to employees it is not possible to see if a room is already allocated to another employee. Most days our houskeeping manager devides about 100 room, and its easy to miss that you have allready allcoted the room. It also dose that she acually prints out the list, marks the rooms on paper, and then allocate the rooms in MEWS operations.
Rooms should be marked/flaged when assigned to make it easier.

Housekeeping - Minutes per room
Allow a manager to set the minutes per room as a goal time for due outs and stay overs. Have this option to print on the housekeeping assignee report to be able to set a goal time and accountability for the staff.

Add voice massages in the internal Chat
Option to add voice massages into the internal chat.
People who speak multiple languages cannot write all words. This way you can simply send a short message with less hassle

Show products
In the mews app, show the product items that are within the system so that housekeeping knows what to add, a bottle of champagne for example.
It would be even greater if we would have a setting per product to what we would like to show in the app. Breakfast for example would not be relevant to housekeeping.

Set Legionella offset change from 7 to 5 days
Would it be possible to change the offset for the Legionella status from 7 to 5 days?
Bureau de Wit writes that a report must be made within 5 or 6 days so that flushing can be carried out early and at the latest within 7 days.
This is required by law in accordance with - NEN 1006+A1:2018. This is the same for every hotel in the Netherlands. So automatically a notification after 5 or 6 days. Then you still have time to rinse in time.

Houskeeping can use the app to flag the room not to be cleaned
The functionality is already in Mews: it is used by the Hotels for Trees integration. In the Mews app housekeeping can click a button to tell the reception that the room has not been cleaned because the customer asked not to clean the room. The button is an icon of a doorhanger on it. When they click it the room status of this room has the same doorhanger icon next to it. We are using this integration in one of our hotels. Plan weekly housekeeping in MEWS directly
Nice improvement, for us its not fully what we need yet. Show spaces where housekeeping staff are working
Option to mark the room, where HSK is currently in. So Front office can see where HSK is currently in and the Manager knows wehere they are (especially if they have more houses / villas or so on one property)

Complex Nested Rooms
If 3 rooms can be sold as AB, BC, and ABC, we currently cannot allow for multiple parent rooms (blocking AB and BC from BOTH being sold)

reservation report including internal use
When creating the reservation report each day, there are always the "internal use" rooms to be put on by hand - and therefore, of course could be forgotten....
It would be helpful, if these rooms also would be on this report automatically - like they also show up on the list "guests in house" by downloading to excel.
...and why they are not shown on the dashboard as arrivals or departures?

Out of service
Change the name of out of service, out of service means can't be used in real terms but in mews means still for sale. Doesn't make any sense and too similar to out of order, both mean the same thing. Out of service should say minimal maintenance

Housekeeping Room List
H all,
A good old rooming list with the exact amount of departures and arrivals. nifty to see how many people are leaving a room/ beds in a dormitory. and also how many will be arriving on the day.

let housekeeping see if a to which child category a child belongs - e.g. bay, child or teen
Housekeeping needs the information whether a child belongs to one or the other child category - in our hotel baby, kid or teen - housekeeping prepares a crib for a baby, a small bed for a child and a special place for teens - so they cannot work with the actual submitted informations.
