Support creation of custom fields on different objects (e.g. reservation, contact, etc...)
Other PMS that we have used support the creation of custom fields. These could be short/long text, lists (single/multiple select, radio buttons), checkboxes, etc... This is particularly relevant for API connections, for other systems to be able to read/write data rather than needing a parallel table elsewhere. Examples include access systems with codes (yes there's a table in the back-end of Mews but it's not viewable at reservation level), screening systems (e.g. has guest been verified), etc... I'm really surprised that Mews doesn't supply this functionality in 2026...
