We would like to see an option to automatically lock a user session after a configurable period of inactivity (for example, 15 minutes).

In hotel operations, it is common for multiple employees to use the same workstation throughout the day. When a user remains logged in after stepping away, the next employee may continue working under the previous user's account without realizing it.

An automatic lockout feature would provide several benefits:

Improved security and protection of guest data.
Better accountability and audit trails.
More accurate tracking of who performed specific actions in the system.
Reduced risk of unauthorized changes being made under another employee's credentials.

To keep the process efficient for front office teams, users should be able to quickly unlock their session using their personal PIN code, rather than having to fully log in again. This would maintain security without slowing down daily operations.

Ideally, administrators could configure the inactivity timeout according to their property's needs (e.g. 5, 10, 15, or 30 minutes).

This would be a valuable enhancement for operational control, compliance, security, and user accountability, especially on shared workstations used by multiple employees throughout the day.
