Age categories on Booking.com reservations received through Siteminder
Booking.com reservations received via Siteminder cannot always land with correct age categories. For example if you set 0-2 year olds as an ‘infant’. For SiteMinder, ‘Infants’ should use code value = 7 but Booking.com only send two codes to Siteminder (code 10 = adult and code 8 = child) therefore Siteminder cannot tell Mews that there is an infant within the reservations. The Channel Manager logs should read the age listed on the xml as well as the AgeCategoryCode.
