Automatic Reservation Notes Based on Travel Agency or Company
We would like Mews to support predefined notes at the travel agency and company level. These notes would be automatically added to reservations linked to the corresponding agency or company.
While company mappings and automated billing rules are already available, automatic reservation notes would provide clear operational instructions to front desk teams, helping them quickly identify specific procedures and invoicing requirements for each booking.
