Hardcoded city tax should not consider Infants
Hardcoded city tax is now considering date of birth. In case of a child without date of birth filled-in, Mews consider 17 years old. For Infants it should always ignored, even without the date of birth. At least in Italy, infants (0-3 yo) never have to pay.
So, if it is possible that infants generates city tax, it will be much easier to manage bills.
