Get notified when a guest cancels a reservation
Would like to recieve an email or task or notification (or a choice of notification) when a guest cancels their accommodation booking.
This is so we can reach out and confirm as well as ask why(for tracking purposes) as well as refund their deposit, rather that the guest having to reach out to us first (for guest experience)
