It would be nice to have an option to select a Partial/Separate Invoice without the trouble of splitting a reservation into 2 separate reservations. We get many corporate people who might stay 3 nights getting reimbursed by the company and add 2 nights so they can have a get away with their spouse/partner for the weekend all on their personal card. Or even if it is not specific nights, a guest may not want more than the room charges on the invoice submitted to the office, because the employer may not reimburse the hotel stay for the business trip if they see a charge for a rollaway bed for their employee's kid to sleep on because they turned it into a family vacation. And their employer may not reimburse someone for the pet fee because they brought their dog.

If when going to print or email the invoice, if we could check a a box for Entire Invoice, or Separate/Partial Invoice, where they would still get a full invoice, but would get a separate invoice for what they specify the company is reimbursing for. If a guest asks if they could have an separate invoice for first 3 nights of their stay by us selecting partial/separate option then a box next to each of those nights, and maybe check a yes or no box for including incidentals that occurred on the selected nights' invoice or have another option to invoice incidentals separately altogether. It makes it much easier for us to make things much easier for the guest, and that is what we are here for.
