• Reservations could be extended or shortened directly in the timeline, and travel dates could be changed by moving the reservation horizontally.
• It was possible to see directly how many people occupied a room without selecting or clicking on a booking.
• Important guest and reservation details were displayed simply by hovering the mouse over different bookings, especially the phone number.
• It would be helpful if reservations could also be downgraded, perhaps with a pop-up warning when a user is about to do this.
• Room blocks or out-of-order rooms could be added directly to the occupancy plan using drag and drop.
• In addition, it was possible to add special information and time periods in the top row above the rooms, such as events or special dates like trade fairs or concerts.
• The order of categories from top to bottom should be freely configurable, for example by category or by individual room.
