Problem:
We use Out of Order (OOO) to manage rooms that are temporarily unavailable e.g. for repairs or renovations.
However, the default end time is set to midday, which makes it unclear when the room should be included in daily cleaning plans. In addition, the room can only be updated to “Clean” after 12:00, once the OOO period has ended.

This creates unnecessary confusion and limits flexibility in housekeeping operations—especially for teams working on mobile devices without access to adjust OOO blocks.

Solution:
Allow setting a default end time for Out of Order e.g. midnight, so it is clear which day the space should be ready for cleaning and included in planning.

Alternatively, allow housekeeping to update the room status (e.g. to “Clean”) even when the space is still marked as Out of Order, without needing to modify the OOO block.
