We require a simplified, customizable Group Rooming List export template that is decoupled from the room assignment process. The list must be user-friendly, focus only on essential data, and utilize unambiguous visual grouping to indicate room sharing.

The current workflow is highly inefficient due to two main issues:

Workflow Constraint: It is currently mandatory to manually "pick up" or assign rooms to the group booking before the rooming list can be exported. This is cumbersome and risky, as staff must cancel/correct numerous room assignments if the list data (guest count or room allocation) turns out to be incorrect upon review.

Data Quality: The current export is overly complex, visually confusing regarding room sharing for external parties, and critically lacks a dedicated field for Phone Number.

Introduce a Simplified Group Rooming List export with the following requirements:

Workflow Decoupling: The list/template must be accessible and exportable at any point in the booking process, without the prerequisite of having "picked up" or assigned rooms.

Limited Fields: The export must be customizable to contain only the necessary fields: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone Number (Mandatory addition), and Nationality.

Unambiguous Grouping: The list must utilize a visual format that unambiguously groups occupants who are sharing the same accommodation for easy interpretation by the external organizer.
