Check in Script 1-2-3
I’m missing a proper script for check-in at the reception, which would make the process more structured and consistent, while ensuring that important steps are not overlooked.
I imagine a button such as “Auto Check-In”, which would clearly guide the staff through the following steps:
Settle or verify the guest folio if not already done
Check and acknowledge the guest’s loyalty membership status, or invite them to join the program
Offer upselling or room upgrades
Generate the key
Confirm check-in completion
As I see it, this would ensure that all critical steps are followed and that the process is handled in a uniform and consistent way
