Feature Request: Out of Service Function with Timeline Visibility
I’d like the Out of Service function to work more like the Out of Order function, with the ability to set a start and stop date/time. The room should remain bookable, but it would be really helpful if the reason and timeframe were displayed more visibly on the timeline screen.
This would be a game changer for our maintenance team’s ability to communicate with the front desk. Sometimes they’re working in a room that we still want to keep sellable, and having a clear, visible note on the timeline would make it much easier to seamlessly share that information between departments.
